Folding Interface explores geometric painting and sculpture through the expanded field of folding and architecture.
It is part of an ongoing series of experiments conducted within a site-specific context using folding and geometric abstraction to realise an alternative three-dimensional space between the installation and the site.

Folding Interface is a wall and floor based installation that marks a turning point in the series of shaped-canvas installations. The works move away from the conventional and static hang, embodying movement through the undulating rhythms of the folded planes.
